- The status was subsequently changed into a Public Limited Company with the name 'RCL Retail Limited' on 5 April, 2011 and further the name was changed to 'Shanti Guru Industries Limited' on September 3, 2022.
- The Company is engaged in the business of trading of food and processed foods. The company operates through its two well furnished retail stores located in Chennai.
- In a short span of time, it has grown tremendous in terms of operations. In December 2010, Company opened its retail store 1 at Vepery, in Chennai.
- Further, the Company acquired the business of SS Super Store and opened Retail Store 2 at Golden George Nagar, Mogappair (East), Chennai through business takeover agreement in May, 2011.
