- Mercury EV-Tech Limited was initially incorporated in the name of 'Mercury Metals Limited' on July 4, 1986.
- The name of the Company was changed again to Mercury Capital Limited on February 9, 1994 and is changed to Mercury EV-Tech Limited on March 30, 2023. The company pioneered in the manufacturing of Electric Scooter, Electric Car, Electric Bus, Electric Vintage car, Electric Golf Car and Electric Vehicles in India.
- It developed custom electric vehicles for a wide range of applications for the hospitality, industry, golf courses, Club and Resorts etc. The Company amended its main object clause of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and added more objects related to Electronic Vehicle Sector in order to commence this business activities in 2022-23.
