About Ahasolar Technologies Ltd

Ahasolar Technologies Limited, the erstwhile Ahasolar Private Limited, was formerly incorporated as a Private Company dated July 28, 2017, and thereafter was changed to 'Ahasolar Technologies Private Limited' dated December 22, 2022 at Ahmedabad.
Subsequently, the status converted to Public Company and its name was changed to 'Ahasolar Technologies Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on January 06, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company is engaged in the business of CleanTech enabling Energy Transition through Digital Transformation.
The Company launched Software as a Service (SaaS) products for solar companies to design PV, do project management and monitor generation to connect demand & supply digitally.
Apart from this, another SaaS product is for governments to implement the distributed renewable programme in their service area.

About MSTC Ltd

MSTC Limited was initially incorporated as 'Metal Scrap Trade Corporation Limited', on September 9, 1964 at Kolkata.
The Company was granted the Certificate of Commencement of Business on April 12, 1965 by the ROC. Subsequently, the name was changed to 'MSTC Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation upon change of name was issued by the ROC on November 9, 1994.
The Government of India (GOI) currently holds 64.75% shareholding in the Company as of March 31, 2024. MSTC Limited is a Schedule B, Mini Ratna Category-1 Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Steel (MOS), Govt. of India.
