The principal business of the company includes, Stock Broking, Corporate Advisory, Merchant Banking and Depository Participant Service. In 1994, the Company widened its horizon and diversified its business by entering into the Capital Markets.
Ajmera Financials and Project Consultants Pvt.
Ltd was rechristened as Ajcon Capital Markets Ltd. to reflect the diversified business focus in Capital Markets, which was later changed to Ajcon Global Services Limited to reflect Company's global reach in financial services activities. The Company, went public in January 1995.

The Company commenced its operations, pursuant to a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated June 20, 2003, issued by the RoC. Company is an independent retail wealth management services group in India and are amongst the top mutual fund distributors in terms of average assets under management (AAUM) and commission received.
Company provide wealth management services to 19.28 lakhs unique retail investors through 33,308 MFDs on its business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) platform and are spread across branches in 136 locations in 21 states in India, as on March 31, 2025.
Owing to a large network of MFDs, it facilitate AMCs access to smaller cities, especially in the B-30 markets.
