Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited was incorporated as 'Billionbrains Garage Ventures Private Limited' on January 9, 2018, as a private limited Company on January 17, 2018.
Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench on March 28, 2024, Groww Inc., the erstwhile holding company was amalgamated into and with the Company.
Further, the status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 11, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Company is a direct-to-customer digital investment platform that provides multiple financial products and services.
It is primarily engaged in the business of software designing, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing computer software and solutions and consultancy services.
