Subsequently, Company was converted into Public Limited and a fresh Certificate of incorporation dated September 23, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company was founded by Mr. Jerambhai Lavjibhai Donda in year 1993.
At present, Company is into the business of manufacturing, marketing and sourcing of diamonds having wide application in Jewellery.
