DJS Stock & Shares Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited company on April 27, 1994.
The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained in July, 1994.
The Company is engaged in broking services of Shares and Stocks. During 1998-99, the company had opened BOLT counters at Madurai and Madras.
It also obtained registration as Depository Participant with Central Depository Service Ltd. In 1999-2000, the Company opened BOLT Terminals at Namakkal. the Company has opened authorised collection centre for DP at Erode, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Coonor. During the second half of the previous financial year 2010-11, there was a change in the Management of the Company.
The new management decided to revive the business of the Company and to expedite the process of establishing the Company in the market.

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited was originally incorporated on August 20, 1993 as a private limited Company as Kayjay Financial Research Services Private Limited.
On February 13, 1998, the name of the company was changed to KJS Securities Private Limited.
Further, on May 4, 1998, the name changed to Rooshnil Securities Private Limited.
Again to Edelweiss Securities Private Limited on May 12, 2004.
Then finally, on April 20, 2007, the company became a public limited Company and the name was changed to Edelweiss Securities Limited and from Edelweiss Securities Limited , the name changed to Nuvama Wealth Management Limited on August 18, 2022.
