FGP Ltd (formerly known as Fibre Glass Pilkington Limited) was incorporated on June 27, 1962.
Promoted by Fibreglass, UK, and Bombay Company Pvt Ltd., the Company acquired its present name on 15 Apr.'82 after a public issue resulting in the dilution of the foreign collaborator's stake, making it a non-FERA company.
The name of Fibreglass, UK, was also changed to FGP Holdings, subsequent to the disinvestment of Pilkington, UK, the Ultimate Holding Company.
The Company is engaged in the business of Business Centre and letting out of property. The Company installed and commissioned plants for manufacturing Rigid Preformed Sections for pipe insulation, treatment of effluents and recycling of waste fibre.
Thereafter, it expanded capacity installed by acquiring the glass division of CEAT on 29 Jun.

Pentagon Rubber Limited was originally incorporated on April 26, 2004 as 'Pentagon Rubber Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P.& Chandigarh.
Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted into Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Pentagon Rubber Limited' on December 28, 2022. The Company is a family run MSME corporation under the KK Rubber Group which was established in 1969 for manufacturing Rubber Belting in New Delhi.
With 50 years of experience in manufacturing & exporting of Conveyor & Transmission Rubber Belting, In April, 2004 factory at Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh was set up and later in 2010 Company expanded and setup second factory in Derabassi, Punjab. Having manufacturing unit in Derabassi, Punjab.
The Company mainly offers Conveyor Rubber Belting in various grades along with elevator belting, rubber sheets, chevron belts.
