Consequent upon the above, Company, ceased to be the subsidiary of HB Stockholdings Ltd. with effect from that date.
HB Asset Management Co. Ltd. was amalgamated with Credit Capital Asset Management Co. Ltd. w.e.f. 5th April, 1999.
