Rajasthan Securities Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company as 'Rajasthan Gases Private Limited' on August 27, 1993 at Jaipur.

The Company bottles and transports LPG in cylinders.
The company was engaged in gas filling, transportation and distribution of gases within the limits of Rajasthan. In Aug.'94, Company commissioned a LPG bottling facility of 9792 tpa at Tonk, Rajasthan.

Thereafter, Company converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Updater Services Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2022 issued by the RoC.
