Riddhi Display Equipments Limited was originally incorporated as Riddhi Display Equipments Private Limited', with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, on January 12, 2006.
Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Company into a Public Company, and the name was changed to 'Riddhi Display Equipments Limited', dated November 21, 2024, obtained from the Central Processing Centre. The Company commenced its production unit in Rajkot district of Gujarat in 2006.
Later, it started commercial production of Commercial Kitchen Equipment in 2012 and further initiated the production of Commercial Refrigeration Equipment in 2019-20. Company carries its operations from its manufacturing facility located in Rajkot district of Gujarat.

RIR Power Electronics Limited was formerly incorporated as 'Ruttonsha International Rectifier Limited' in 1969 in collaboration with International Rectifier Corporation, US, for the manufacture of power semiconductor devices, and thereafter was converted into a public limited company in March, 1986.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from Ruttonsha International Rectifier Limited to RIR Power Electronics Limited effective from 17 November, 2022. Company engaged in the manufacturing of Semiconductor devices like Diodes, Thyristors, Power Modules, Bridge Rectifiers and High Power Equipments like High Current Rectifiers, Battery Chargers, Rectifier Panels, High Power Stacks and Assembly.
