How to Register for PNB mPassbook?
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has introduced PNB ONE, a unified mobile banking application that consolidates various banking services, including the digital mPassbook feature. Follow the steps below to register on the PNB ONE app and access your mPassbook:
Step 1: Download the App
Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the PNB ONE app.
Step 2: Start Registration
Open the app and tap on ‘New User’.
Step 3: Enter Your Account Details
Type in your account number and choose one of the options shown, like ‘Mobile Banking’ or ‘Both Mobile and Internet Banking’.
Step 4: Verify with OTP
You’ll get a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to continue.
Step 5: Choose How to Register
Pick one of the two options:
Using a Debit Card
Using Aadhaar OTP
Step 6: Provide Extra Info (if using Debit Card)
If you choose a debit card, enter your PNB debit card number and ATM PIN.
Step 7: Set Your Passwords
Create a login password, a transaction password, and a TPIN to keep your account secure.
Step 8: Get Your User ID
After successful registration, you’ll get a message with your User ID (Customer ID).
Step 9: Set Your MPIN

Complete the registration process. Then, log in using your MPIN.

You will see your account details and the last 10 transactions.
Download Statement
You can download your account statement for the last 90 days to keep for your records.
How to Check Your Updated Transactions in the PNB ONE App?
- Open the PNB ONE app and log in using your MPIN.
- On the home screen, tap on the ‘mPassbook’ option.
- Choose the account number you want to view.
- You will see the latest transactions for that account.
- Tap the download button to save the statement for later.
How to Find Your Customer ID for PNB ONE App and mPassbook?
- Your Customer ID is printed on the first page of your passbook.
