- Raymond Realty Limited was incorporated as a public Company in name and style of Raymond Lifestyle Limited' dated November 14, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
- Further, Company name was changed to Raymond Realty Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 5, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
- Company was incorporated with the objective to engage in business of builders, developers and allied real estate related activities. Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement being approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Company was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Raymond Limited.
