Adcounty Media India Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name of Adcounty Media India Private Limited under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated May 03, 2017, issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, bearing CIN U93000RJ2017PTC057939. Further, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extr a-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 27, 2024 and the name of the Company changed from Adcounty Media India Private Limited to Adcounty Media India Limited & Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated May 28, 2024, bearing CIN U93000RJ2017PLC057939.
