Wagons Learning Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") was originally formed and incorporated as Wagons Learning Private Limited on October 31, 2013 as a private limited Company in the name and style of "Wagons Learning Private Limited" bearing CIN- U93000PN2013PTC149316. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 23, 2024, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from "Wagons Learning Private Limited" to "Wagons Learning Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 15, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, bearing CIN U93000PN2013PLC149316.
