Infosys collaborates with smart Europe GmbH to boost electric mobility

Infosys has announced a five-year collaboration with smart Europe GmbH, a prominent name in the automotive industry. The collaboration is geared towards transforming smart Europe's Direct-to-Customer (D2C) business model in Europe, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and leveraging data-driven personalization. 

 

This partnership encompasses a wide range of objectives, including improving customer engagement, optimizing sales processes, and bolstering the electric vehicle (EV) purchasing journey.

 

Infosys will play a pivotal role in reshaping the online EV buying experience for smart Europe's iconic electric models, including smart #1, the newly introduced smart #3, and upcoming all-electric models. By applying advanced Machine Learning (ML) models, Infosys aims to provide smart Europe GmbH with precise sales and aftersales demand forecasts.

 

By leveraging its extensive experience and adopting a design thinking-led consulting approach, Infosys will assist smart Europe GmbH in deriving maximum value from software, data, and cloud investments.

 

Infosys will also facilitate the efficient D2C sales of electric vehicles across 15 European countries. The services provided by Infosys will span lead generation, prospect conversion, sales, aftersales support, and end-to-end ownership and accountability.
