Alok Industries Limited is an integrated textile manufacturer with operations in both cotton & polyester value chain. In the year 1994, the company expanded the weaving capacity to 50 cimmco looms in Thane and texturising capacity of 3 Nos Texturising machines in Silvasaa. The company has entered into Trademark License Agreement with Peacock Alley Inc, USA, to sell their licensed products in India. In 2012, the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Alok Industries Limited and Grabal Alok Impex Limited with appointed date of 1 April 2011. During the year under review, one subsidiary company, Alok Global Trading (Middle East) FZE was voluntarily liquidated.
