Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Limited, previously known as 'Atlas Cycle Industries Limited' started with the manufacture of bicycle saddles in 1951, and produced its first bicycle in 1952.
The Company was changed to 'Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Limited' on April 16, 2002.
The Company is engaged in manufacturing of bicycles and bicycles components. From a modest beginning of 120 cycles per day, the Company came a long way to become India's second-largest cycle manufacturer.
It made units operatioanl at Sonepat, Sahibabad, Rasoi and Gurgaon, all in Haryana.
Its combined manufacturing capacity stood at a hefty 3.1 million cycles per annum. Company further emerged as the largest exporter of bicycles from India.

Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Limited was originally incorporated on March 08, 2021 as 'Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Private Limited' with Registrar of Companies.
Subsequently, Company acquired the entire running business of M/s.
Handicrafts Village, sole proprietorship concern of the Promoter Mr. Hitesh Karnawat vide Business Transfer Agreement dated June 01, 2021.
Further, the status of the Company got converted into Public Limited and name changed from 'Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Private Limited' to 'Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 27, 2021 at the Central Registration Centre, Jaipur. M/s.
Handicrafts Village, sole proprietorship concern was started by Promoter, Mr. Hitesh Karnawat in year 2016 and is engaged in business of trading of furniture and handicrafts items in the State of Rajasthan.
