C J Gelatine Products Limited was incorporated in 1983 and started its production in 1984 with technical assistance from G.T. Gelatine Technology of the United Kingdom.
Within a year from the initial production of Gelatine, it has scaled to new heights with quality production. and is a leading producer of premium Gelatine meeting the global quality standards.
It is involved in manufacture of Gelatin and related by products like Di-Calcium Phosphate (DCP), Ossein, etc. in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, Gelatin represents an omnipresent element in foods, drugs, and supplements used as a thickener, plasticizer, emulsifier, foaming agent, moisture retainer, texture enhancer, and binding agent.
As a rich source of protein, the Company finds application in numerous end-use sectors including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, photographic supplies, cosmetics, explosives, electroplating, dyes, papermaking and printing, among others.

Shentracon Chemicals Limited was incorporated on July 14, 1993.
The Company is a Manufacturer of Chemicals.
The operations at the Company's manufacturing plant at Dunkuni, in the district of Hooghly were badly affected due to labour unrest and followed by Suspension of the manufacturing operations since 18th September, 1996.
In view of that, the Company could not achieve the targeted production during the year and had to incur considerable amount of loss. Due to uneconomical condition and technical unavailability, the production in chemical plant was shut down since 18.09.1996.
The Board of Directors resolved to close the Company's main business of chemical effective from 01st April 2010.
