Cargosol Logistics Limited (CLL) was originally formed and registered as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 in the name of 'M/s Cargosol', pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated January 23, 2004.
Further, 'M/s Cargosol' was converted from a Partnership Firm to a Private Company with the name of 'Cargosol Logistics Private Limited' on March 04, 2011.
Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Company and the name of the Company changed from 'Cargosol Logistics Private Limited' to 'Cargosol Logistics Limited' on March 15, 2022.
The Company is a full-service freight forwarder catering to all domestic and International transportation requirements. The Company was incorporates with the main objective to provide all kinds of logistics services across the Globe including Freight Fowarding (Sea & Air), NVOCC, Projects & Breakbulk, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, etc.

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited was erstwhile established as a partnership firm in the name of 'M/s Shreeji Shipping' through Deed of Partnership dated June 14, 1995.
Subsequently, the Partnership was converted to a Private Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on April 11, 2024.
The name of the Company was thereafter changed to 'Shreeji Shipping Global Limited' upon conversion to Public Limited Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on November 18, 2024. Company provides shipping and logistic solution for dry bulk cargo at various ports and jetties in India and Sri Lanka.
