In FY 2024, the Company underwent a change in business rebranding from media/finance entity to a focused spiritual technology entity, Presently, the Company's main business involves offering ePuja, havans, astrology services, Pandit-at-home, and spiritual tourism, focusing on providing, managing, and delivering religious ceremonies via a digital platform.

Walchand Peoplefirst Limited, formerly known as Premier Construction Limited was incorporated in July 1920 in Mumbai, Maharashtra by the erstwhile Walchand Hirachand Group.
