About Jain Marmo Industries Ltd

Jain Marmo Industries Limited was originally incorporated in August, 1981 as Oswal Granites Private Limited.
It was renamed as Jain Marmo Industries Private Limited in March, 1995 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company in September, 1995.
The Company was promoted by the Oswal family of Rajasthan. Jain Marmo was founded in 1981 by Jain Group and is one of the largest producer and processors of Green Serpentine Marble Blocks and Slabs in the world.
The Company is headquartered at Udaipur in Rajasthan, the western State of India, which is the hub of stone industry.
The Company is now supervised under the strong leadership of Mr. Sanjay Jain and Mr. Sidharth Jain whose dedication towards the work and constant efforts, has given the international market an enchanting variety of Green marble.

About Pokarna Ltd

Pokarna Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Pokarna Granites Limited' in October, 1991 and promoted by K. Gautam Chand Jain and K. Prakash Chand Jain.
The name of the Company was changed from Pokarna Granites Limited' to 'Pokarna Limited' in January, 2003.
Company is engaged in the business of quarrying, manufacturing & processing and selling of Granite & selling of Apparel.
Granite manufacturing & processing units are 100% EOU's.
Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. During 2000-01, the company purchased the assets of Laxmi Granites Limited from Financial Institutions (IDBI, IIBI & SBT) at a price of Rs.752.58 lakhs.
