Meyer Apparel Limited was initially incorporated as GIVO Limited in May 1993 and had been engaged in the manufacture of various types of Men's Suits & Trouser.
Name of the Company was changed to Meyer Apparel Limited in 2015.
The Company is promoted by KBSH Group, Haryana, and the Singapore-based Thakral Group of Companies, for the manufacture of Men's suits and Trousers.
Its services are apparel and clothing. The Company set up with technical and financial collaboration of Marzotto Spa of Italy supplies industrially manufactured classic men's wear, using state of art equipment imported from Europe.
It underwent a 12 month technical training in advance of launching into full production in 1996, with Italian technicians on hand to supervise training and the setting up of quality assurance procedures in the Company.

Scoobee Day Garments (India) Limited was originally incorporated as Victory Paper and Boards (India) Limited' dated 9th August. 1994 with the Registrar of Companies, Kerala.
The Company name changed from Victory Paper and Boards (India) Limited to Scoobee Day Garments India Limited on September 6, 2021.
Initially, Company was carrying on manufacture and marketing of paper and paperboard.
Though the business was commenced, the Company went into lockout on 30 August 2009 due to labor issues and all business activities came to a halt. The present promoters took over the Management in 2017-18, contemplating various options to restart the operations.
Though manufacturing operations are yet to be re-started, the company earned a turnover of Rs.1068.22 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 284.13 lakhs during the year 2018-19, by carrying on the business of trading mainly in Aluminium roofing sheets.
