Renaissance Global Limited was formerly incorporated as 'Mayur Gem & Jewellery Export Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company on April 16, 1997, which thereafter changed from 'Mayur Gem & Jewellery Export Private Limited' to 'Renaissance Gem & Jewellery Export Private Limited' on April 16, 1997.
The status of the Company got converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Renaissance Jewellery Limited' on December 20, 2005 and later on, the name of the Company was changed from 'Renaissance Jewellery Limited' to 'Renaissance Global Limited' w.e.f. 28, 2019. The Company gained a respectable name in the business of design, manufacture and sale of studded gold, platinum and silver jewellery especially in the USA, which has always been a focal point, being the largest end market.

Zodic JRD MKJ Limited originally incorporated on January 6, 1987 as Zodiac Leasing Pvt Ltd in Bombay was promoted by Parag Parekh and Manish Parekh.
Zodiac-JRD-MKJ's (ZJML's) name was changed to Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Pvt Ltd in Sep.'92.
The Company got converted into a Public Limited Company on October 22, 1992.

The existing unit is located on a lease-hold land at Dahisar, Bombay, to produce cut and polished diamonds (inst. cap. : 20,000 carats pa), and the installation of a further capacity of 5000 carats is in progress. Originally engaged in leasing, finance and investment, ZJML now manufactures cut and polished diamonds.
