The status of the Company was changed to a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Ritco Logistics Limited via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on May 21, 2018.
The Company is presently engaged in transportation warehousing and logistics business. The Company commenced its journey in 1996 as a modest provider of contract logistics, catering to a select group of businesses with a compact team.
Over the years, the Company became the largest provider of petroleum transport solutions with 750+ drivers, brokers and owners associated with Ritco over 150+ locations across India.
As a comprehensive supply chain solution provider, it extend services, including land-based logistics, warehousing, and value-added solutions across India.

About Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited was erstwhile established as a partnership firm in the name of 'M/s Shreeji Shipping' through Deed of Partnership dated June 14, 1995.
Subsequently, the Partnership was converted to a Private Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on April 11, 2024.
The name of the Company was thereafter changed to 'Shreeji Shipping Global Limited' upon conversion to Public Limited Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on November 18, 2024. Company provides shipping and logistic solution for dry bulk cargo at various ports and jetties in India and Sri Lanka.
