LTIMindtree launches AdSpark and Smart Service Operations targeting retail media

On Thursday, September 7, the technology consulting and digital solutions firm LTIMindtree Ltd announced the debut of two market-specific solutions, AdSpark and Smart Service Operations, to shorten the time-to-market for companies using the Salesforce platform.

 

According to a stock exchange filing, LTIMindtree & Salesforce's AdSpark platform gives retailers a head start in growing their own Retail Media platforms.

 

It was created specifically for the retail sector and provides self-service features, including support for a variety of channels like digital, social, in-store, out-of-facility (OOF), and print, as well as segmenting and targeting based on consumer preferences.

 

The system offers easy connections with leading Adtech servers as well as 360-degree real-time campaign performance statistics across all media. Retail marketplaces may stay competitive by meeting the needs of individual retailers on the no-code platform.

 

For clients in the manufacturing, construction, transport, mining, power & utilities, etc. industries, Smart Service Operations integrates the LTIMindtree NxT Platform and the Salesforce Service Cloud1, including Salesforce Field Service.

 

The goal is to address some common industry concerns like worker skill development and safety, increase operational efficiency, handle complicated, hard-to-capture data, and perform proactive asset maintenance using AI and edge processing capabilities.
