On Thursday, September 7, the technology consulting and digital solutions firm LTIMindtree Ltd announced the debut of two market-specific solutions, AdSpark and Smart Service Operations, to shorten the time-to-market for companies using the Salesforce platform.
According to a stock exchange filing, LTIMindtree & Salesforce's AdSpark platform gives retailers a head start in growing their own Retail Media platforms.
It was created specifically for the retail sector and provides self-service features, including support for a variety of channels like digital, social, in-store, out-of-facility (OOF), and print, as well as segmenting and targeting based on consumer preferences.
The system offers easy connections with leading Adtech servers as well as 360-degree real-time campaign performance statistics across all media. Retail marketplaces may stay competitive by meeting the needs of individual retailers on the no-code platform.
For clients in the manufacturing, construction, transport, mining, power & utilities, etc. industries, Smart Service Operations integrates the LTIMindtree NxT Platform and the Salesforce Service Cloud1, including Salesforce Field Service.
