Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR, 2015, it is informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 07 Feb 2025 as 'Record Date' to determine the shareholders who are entitled to get Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if declared by the Board of the Company.
