Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons the trading window to deal in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1 2024 to July 25 2024 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Persons of the Company (including Directors) and their immediate relatives.
