- The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Company limited by shares and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was given by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on September 17, 2018.
- Later, the Company name was changed to 'RDB Real Estate Construction Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on January 30, 2019.
- The Company is mainly engaged in the business of Real Estate. The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated May 21, 2024 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited, where the Realty Business Undertaking of the Company has been transferred to and vested with the Company effective from October 1, 2022.
