Pratik Rokade

Pratik is a digital strategist and seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building high-scale digital ecosystems across industries. A computer science engineer from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP), he combines deep technical expertise with the agility of a startup founder, focusing on product innovation and customer-centric design.

An entrepreneur at heart, Pratik has co-founded and exited two successful startups in the digital transformation, marketing, product, and real estate domains. These ventures not only delivered strong commercial outcomes but also helped organizations reimagine how technology can unlock scale, efficiency, and sustainable growth. His entrepreneurial journey has been defined by a hands-on approach to product development, market execution, and long-term value creation.

After joining JM Financial, he played a pivotal role in initiating and leading the group’s digital platforms journey. From concept to execution, he was instrumental in building three fintech platforms from the ground up, each designed to disrupt traditional models through technology-led innovation.  These include:

Bondskart: One of India’s first & innovative retail bonds investment platform.
BlinkX: A high-performance trading platform in the discount broking space.
