- Subsequently, the name of the Company changed to Bharti Hexacom Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi on December 2, 2004. The Company was incorporated as a Joint Venture Company in 1995 to enter cellular services for diversifying their operations.
