The name of the Company was changed form Gati Corporation Limited to Gati Limited on October 24, 2000 and to Allcargo Gati Limited on 19th October, 2023.
The Company is a pioneer and leader in the Express Distribution and Supply Chain Solutions in India.
It is engaged in the business of E-commerce logistics, and running of fuel stations. The Company launched many path-breaking initiatives in the logistics segment.
The business of the company is movement of the cargo from one place to another using multimodal transport models ie Road, Rail, Air & Sea.

About Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited was erstwhile established as a partnership firm in the name of 'M/s Shreeji Shipping' through Deed of Partnership dated June 14, 1995.
Subsequently, the Partnership was converted to a Private Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on April 11, 2024.
