Ceenik Exports (India) Limited was setup as a proprietorship firm in 1982 by Nanikdas Hingorani along with his son Lachman N Hingorani.
The Company was founded in 1995 as a merchant exporter.
Over the years, the Company has grown in both size and scale including knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and garment departments.
This growth controlled all the processes in value chain, to provide standardized good quality products and hence was made a combination fpr infrastructure, which experienced the Company to work and provide customers with all their garment needs.
Ceenik Exports established its position into the overseas market by having its own list of overseas customers in United States of America (USA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The plant located at Mumbai, Maharashtra works a business activity in manufacture of garments.
About Spice Islands Industries Ltd
Spice Islands Apparels Limited was incorporated on 28 December, 1988 as a private limited company and subsequently converted into a public limited company on October 6, 1994.
It was promoted by Umesh Katre who had earlier experience with Mafatlal Apparels belonging to the Stanrose Group.
The Company is primarily engaged in three businesses: trading of branded Packaged Beverages, Hospitality Services and Renting of EV (two wheelers).
During 1989, it started exporting readymade garments mainly to the UK, Japan and the EC countries.
The company also expanded its capacity to produce knitted fabrics at its Bhandup plant with an installed capacity of 600 tons.
