The Company received certificate of registration dated January 06, 2020 as a non-deposit taking Systemically Important Core Investment Company, from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to carry on the business as a Non-Banking Financial Institution.
The Company undertakes financial services business through its Subsidiaries - Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited for general insurance business and Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited and its subsidiaries for lending and wealth management operations.
