About Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Ltd

Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited was incorporated on 30th October, 1990.
Immediately after incorporation, the Company commenced commercial operation and engaged in the business of manufacturer, dealer of polished gems, diamonds and other stones and jewellery. The company has manufacturing facilities in SEEPZ and Chakala in Bombay and proposes to have another jewellery unit at the export promotion industrial part near Jaipur. During the period 2010-11, company's sales for the year crossed Rs 100 crores to reach Rs 102.07 Crore.
With the reasonable recovery in world economy, company was able to tap many new customers and increased presence in various markets.
With latest softwares and better operations, Company was able to retain all the existing customers with improved business.
The profitability of the business has improved and Company has been focusing on increasing margins substantially.

About Radhika Jeweltech Ltd

Radhika Jeweltech Limited was earlier started as proprietorship firm by MR Ashokkumar Zinzuwadia in year 1987.
They were in business of Jewellery and continued upto June 30,2014.
On July 01, 2014, MR Ashok along with his brother and other relatives started a partnership firm under the name and style of Radhika Jewellers to carry on the business of manufacture, resale export, import of Gold, Silver and precious, semi precious metal ornaments and studded ornaments or any ancillary business or any other business.
The partnership firm was reconstituted on May 21, 2016 and the name of the partnership firm was changed from 'Radhika Jewellers' to 'Radhika Jeweltech'.
The Partnership firm was converted into Public Limited Company in the name and style of 'Radhika Jeweltech Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 22, 2016 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies.
