About Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) was erstwhile incorporated in 1970 as a Public Limited Company under the name of 'Kothari (Madras) Limited'.
Later, five companies, Kothari Textiles Ltd, Adoni Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd, Balamadies Plantations Ltd, Waterfall Estates Ltd, and Blue Mountains Estates and Industries Ltd were amalgamated with Company and finally, in 1984, the name of the Company got changed to Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited.
Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing and mixing of fertilisers, providing drone services, engaged in hotel activities, engaged in footwear and leather activities and has a network of distributors in the southern states and has developed a brand value recognized in the market place.
The company has planned to develop a Container Terminal at Ennore.

About Premier Synthetics Ltd

Premier Synthetics Limited was incorporated originally as 'Premier Synthetics and Processors Limited in Maharashtra on 9 October, 1970 by the original promoter Shri.
B.K. Jhunjhunwala for setting up a cloth processing unit at Village Pawne (Maharashtra) with IFCI assistance. The Company was renamed to 'Premier Synthetics Limited' in 1992. The Company is having spinning plant for manufacturing of Cotton Yarn.
It undertakes trading of yarn, fabrics (both grey and processed), suitings, shirtings, etc.
The Company' s customers include various denim manufacturing unit such as Raymonds, Arvind, Jindal, Ultra and Other units located in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
The annual capacity of the plant is 5000 MTPA. PSL went public in May '93 to part-finance its expansion project.
