Subsequently, name of the company was changed from 'Marushika Traders and Advisors Private Limited' to 'Marushika Technology Advisors Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on March 22, 2016 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Further, Company was converted from a Private Company to Public Company and the name was changed to 'Marushika Technology Advisors Limited' on August 29, 2024 and consequently, the name of the company was changed to 'Marushika Technology Limited'. At present, Company is engaged in the business of distribution of Information Technologies (IT) and Telecom Infrastructure solutions.

Omni Ax's Software Limited (OASL) was incorporated on April 2nd, 1992 as Omni Ax's Software Pvt.
Limited and subsequently converted into a public limited Company on December 6th 1999.
