RDB Real Estate Construction Limited was incorporated on July 27, 2018 as a Private Company limited by shares in West Bengal under the name and style of 'Baron Real Estate Private Limited'.
The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Company limited by shares and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was given by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on September 17, 2018.
Later, the Company name was changed to 'RDB Real Estate Construction Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on January 30, 2019.
The Company is mainly engaged in the business of Real Estate. The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated May 21, 2024 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited, where the Realty Business Undertaking of the Company has been transferred to and vested with the Company effective from October 1, 2022.

Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as 'Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994.
The Company was renamed to Vas Animation & Entertainment Limited' (VAEL) during the year 1999-2000 and thereafter, to 'Vas Infrastructure Limited' w.e.f. 29 July, 2006. The Company was originally promoted by Jayesh V Valia and Nimesh S Joshi and is directly engaged in the business of Development of Real Estate, residential facilities including construction, infrastructure. During year 1998-99, Company diversified into new areas of activities in Entertainment and Software/Hardware in Computer System and manufacture and sale of plastic, metal drums/barrels. The Company commenced new line of activity, infrastructure work effective from April 1, 2006.
