ESAF Small Finance Bank receives RBI nod for appointment of director

ESAF Small Finance Bank has received the approval of Reserve Bank of India for appointment of Karthikeyan M (DIN: 09450145) as the Part Time Chairman of the Bank, for a period of three consecutive years from 21 December 2025 to 20 December 2028.
