SBFC Finance allots 40,000 NCDs aggregating Rs 400 cr

SBFC Finance has allotted the allotment of 40,000 redeemable, senior, secured, listed, non- convertible debentures, of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each at an issue price of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.400 crore on Private Placement basis.
