About DCX Systems Ltd

DCX Systems Limited was incorporated on December 16, 2011 as a Private Limited Company, under the name 'DCX Cable Assemblies Private Limited', at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Thereafter, name of the Company was changed to DCX Systems Private Limited' consequent upon change of name issued by the RoC on January 3, 2022.
Pursuant to conversion of the Company to Public Limited, dated February 2, 2022, name of the Company was thereafter, changed to 'DCX Systems Limited' on February 18, 2022. The Company is among the leading Indian players for manufacture of electronic subsystems and cable harnesses in terms of manufacturing capability in defence and aerospace sector.
It is primarily engaged in system integration and manufacturing a comprehensive array of cables and wire harness assemblies and is also involved in kitting.
