Revathi Equipment India Limited was incorporated as 'Renaissance Corporate Consultants Limited' on January 22, 2020 in Tamil Nadu vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies.
- Further, pursuant to the Scheme, Company's name was changed to 'Revathi Equipment India Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 2023. The Company is in the business of manufacturing and marketing Blast Hole Drills (Rotary and DTH, Diesel / Electric driven) for mining applications, Jackless Drills for Construction and Mining applications, Water Well Drills, Hydro-Fracturing Units and Exploratory Drills.
