- Mackinnon Mackenzie & Company Ltd. was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in Calcutta on 30th March, 1951.
- The Company became a Private Limited Company on 27th March, 1956 by Virtue of an alteration made in its Articles of Association.
- The Company was once again converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a Special Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 9th March, 1976.
- The Company subsequently obtained a Fresh Certificate upon Change of Name.
