Within the Infrastructure segment, our focus encompasses the construction of roads (including bridges), flyovers, water supply systems, irrigation projects, and other related infrastructure activities and in our Construction of Commercial Projects Segment, we build various spaces such as, office complexes, retail centers, exhibition halls, retail outlets, private educational institutions, and other facilities. About Active Infrastructure Ltd

Active Infrastructures Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name Active Infrastructures Private Limited , under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation dated September 26, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders in the extra ordinary general meeting of the Company held on June 12, 2024 and the name of the Company was changed to Active Infrastructures Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 09,2024 having CIN U45200MH2007PLC174506 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
