Linc allots 2.97 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Linc has allotted 2,97,44,582 equity shares as fully paid up bonus shares in ratio of 1:1. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 29,74,45,820 divided into 5,94,89,164 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
