About International Gemmological Institute (India) Ltd

Our Company was incorporated as `International Gemmological Institute (India) Private Limited' at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 23, 1999, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai (RoC). Our Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to `International Gemmological Institute (India) Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 10, 2024.

According to the Redseer Report, the global jewelry market, which includes studded jewelry, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3% to 6% from CY2023 to CY2028, and global diamond consumption is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6% over the same period.
