Asian Paints fixes record date for final dividend

Asian Paints has fixed 10 June 2025 as record date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend of Rs 20.55 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after 30 June 2025.
