Quarterly Results AU Small Finance Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (subject to Limited Review by the Joint Statutory Auditors) of the Bank for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2025. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank''s Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that the Trading window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 till Monday, July 21, 2025 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till Monday, July 21, 2025.
