To consider the revised relevant date 09.06.2025 for acquisition of M/s AIS anywhere, a New Jersey based entity as detailed in the outcome of Board Meeting dated 23.05.2025 through SWAP of Equity Shares and arrive at SWAP of shares accordingly. 2. Notice Convening General Meeting to seek approval of the shareholders in respect of the aforesaid proposal would be shared separately. 3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
