To consider and approve the Notice of the 1/2025-26 Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company; 3. To consider and approve the alteration of Clause III of Memorandum of Association under Part (B) Ancillary to the attainment of the main objects of the company; 4. To Approve the cut-off date for eligibility to participate in the remote E-Voting and E- voting at 1/2025-26 Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held through VC/OAVM; 5. To Appoint Scrutinizer for the process of remote E-voting as well as E-voting at the 1/2025-26 Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company; 6.
